Our Magnesium Bath Flakes and Magnesium Oil spray are both lovingly made and packaged on the Mornington Peninsula. The Flakes are fabulous to add to a warm bath to soothe tired sore muscles. Use the spray at night before bed

Flakes directions: 2-3 cups in a warm bath and soak for ideally 20 mins for maximum absorption.

Also great for use in a foot bath for tired achy feet – Add 1 cup to a football and soak feet for 20mins  

Magnesium Oil Spray: Apply 1-2 sprays to the affected area then rub into skin. You may feel a tingly itchy sensation at first. Build up to 4 spray if required.

Young children: Start with one spray to each foot and rub in.

If sensation becomes to much wash off.
